The Diva bakes and designs custom tiered cakes, cupcakes, sculpted cakes, French macarons, cake pops, shortbread tarts, and many other delicious small desserts using farm-fresh organic eggs, Organic Valley Butter, Organic Valley cream, rich European chocolate, and organic fruit (when available). The Diva features Italian buttercream: a silky smooth, lightly sweet buttery icing also made with organic eggs, and Organic Valley Butter. Fondant is also used for custom wedding cakes and carved cakes.
